Universal steps do not exist. All individually, but here are the global stages.

They come through our own experience, which is much more important than the advice of others. What matters is not so much the errors themselves as how to overcome them, the conclusions made, and further decisions.

- walk the number of steps per day;
- follow the chosen diet;
- quit smoking;
- take daily walks before bedtime, etc.
The goal should not be comprehensive and should not cover different aspects of life. It is better to narrow it down to a visible size by defining a time frame so that the achievement of the result is real.
4. Movement towards the Goal
It should be done daily. Even a few small steps forward give confidence. For example, with the goal of improving your physical form, you should study the publications in this area, watch videos. To study modern techniques, practical recommendations of experts, reviews of friends and colleagues.
- start small;
- consider the mistakes made;
- strengthen the positive aspects;
- head towards the goal steadily.
Each step should accompany the joy of what has already been achieved.
Having knowledge and skills, it is important to apply and consolidate them. Over time, it will be easier to overcome difficulties, the goal will become clearer, confidence will grow stronger. The main thing is not to take breaks in the forward movement.

In the process of overcoming problems on the path of self-improvement, they no longer seem so complicated. Own hidden opportunities are becoming more apparent. Outdated installations are easily discarded. Personality is being improved.
