Avocados have become incredibly popular lately. This fruit contains a lot of valuable fats and vitamins and tastes a bit like butter.
Fried eggs in avocado
Insanely delicious and simple recipe. Just what you need for breakfast.
- ripe avocado – 1 pc.
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- salt, pepper to taste
- grated parmesan – 20 g
Cut a large avocado in half and take out a seed. Make a space with a teaspoon in the halves of the avocado. They should be slightly larger than those left from the seed. Beat in 1 egg each, add salt and pepper to taste. Now put the halves in a baking dish and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. You can sprinkle grated parmesan on top of the finished dish.
Sandwich with avocado, mozzarella, and herbs
Crispy toasts with olive oil, avocados, slices of mozzarella and herbs will lift from the bed even those who love to lie around longer.
- bread – 4 slices
- avocado – 1 pc.
- mozzarella – 150 g
- olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- salt, pepper, basil to taste
- cherry tomatoes – 3 pcs.
- balsamic vinegar to taste
Take bread for toast or any other. If you don’t have a toaster, you can dry slices of bread in a dry non-stick pan. It will turn out the same way. Put avocado slices on the finished bread. You can pre-knead it with a fork and spread it on toasts. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put a couple of mozzarella slices on top, put olive oil and garnish with basil leaves, tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar.
These sandwiches are perfect for morning coffee.
This is a national Mexican dish. Traditionally, it is eaten with corn tortillas. But it is suitable for bread, as well as a side dish for morning scrambled eggs.
- ripe avocado – 2 pcs.
- half a lemon
- tomato – 1 pc.
- chili pepper to taste
- olive oil – 2-3 tablespoons
- salt, black pepper to taste
- cilantro or parsley to taste
- green onions – a small bunch
Mix all the greens, salt, lemon juice and a slice of chili pepper (without seeds) in a blender. Add the pulp of ripe avocados to the resulting mass and mix again in a blender. Peel the tomato and cut it into small cubes. Gently combine everything and add olive oil.

- flour – 5 – 6 tbsp. (you can take corn one)
- a pinch of salt
- vanilla sugar – ½ tsp
- maple syrup or honey – 1 tbsp.
- baking powder – ½ tsp
Beat the whites with salt and vanilla until stable foam. Then add the yolks with syrup or honey. Beat again until smooth. In a separate bowl, grind the pulp of mashed avocado and add to the eggs. Then pour flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix well.
Pancakes need to be fried in a non-stick pan on both sides until golden. Ready-made avocado pancakes can be poured with honey and garnished with berries.
Oatmeal with Avocado
This recipe is suitable for those who are tired of classic oatmeal. The creamy taste of avocado will make it tastier and more interesting.
- ripe avocado – 1 pc.
- oatmeal – 50 g
- water – 100 ml
- salt to taste
- olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Pour oatmeal flakes into boiling water, add salt to taste. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes. In the meantime, remove the flesh from the avocado and cut it into cubes or slices. Put them on top of the cooked porridge, sprinkle black pepper, salt, and oil on top. You can add a soft-boiled egg to oatmeal.
