Fried eggs in avocado

Ingredients:

  • ripe avocado – 1 pc.
  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • grated parmesan – 20 g

Cooking:

Cut a large avocado in half and take out a seed. Make a space with a teaspoon in the halves of the avocado. They should be slightly larger than those left from the seed. Beat in 1 egg each, add salt and pepper to taste. Now put the halves in a baking dish and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. You can sprinkle grated parmesan on top of the finished dish.

Sandwich with avocado, mozzarella, and herbs

Ingredients:

  • bread – 4 slices
  • avocado – 1 pc.
  • mozzarella – 150 g
  • olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • salt, pepper, basil to taste
  • cherry tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  • balsamic vinegar to taste

Cooking:

Take bread for toast or any other. If you don’t have a toaster, you can dry slices of bread in a dry non-stick pan. It will turn out the same way. Put avocado slices on the finished bread. You can pre-knead it with a fork and spread it on toasts. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put a couple of mozzarella slices on top, put olive oil and garnish with basil leaves, tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar.

  • flour – 5 – 6 tbsp. (you can take corn one)
  • a pinch of salt
  • vanilla sugar – ½ tsp
  • maple syrup or honey – 1 tbsp.
  • baking powder – ½ tsp

Cooking:

Beat the whites with salt and vanilla until stable foam. Then add the yolks with syrup or honey. Beat again until smooth. In a separate bowl, grind the pulp of mashed avocado and add to the eggs. Then pour flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix well.

Pancakes need to be fried in a non-stick pan on both sides until golden. Ready-made avocado pancakes can be poured with honey and garnished with berries.

Oatmeal with Avocado

This recipe is suitable for those who are tired of classic oatmeal. The creamy taste of avocado will make it tastier and more interesting.

  • oatmeal – 50 g
  • water – 100 ml
  • salt to taste

Cooking:
